For more than 25 years, Jeff Sutphen has helped shape kids’ television—both in front of the camera and behind the scenes. A longtime Nickelodeon fixture, Jeff first became known as the cape-wearing Pick Boy on U-Pick Live before going on to host and produce more than 700 episodes of television. He served as producer and host of the Daytime Emmy-nominated BrainSurge, hosted Nickelodeon’s hit reboot of Figure It Out, and brought his signature energy and quick wit to ABC’s primetime competition series 101 Ways to Leave a Game Show. Together, those shows established Jeff as one of the most experienced and recognizable voices in kids’ game shows.

Behind the camera, Jeff has built an equally impressive career as a creator, producer, and showrunner. As executive producer and showrunner of Emmy-nominated Ryan’s Mystery Playdate, he led the hit Nick Jr. series through five seasons and helped make it the number-one show in preschool television. His credits also span reality competition, unscripted entertainment, and inspirational programming, including Fear Factor, America Says, and All In with Cam Newton.

Most recently, he co-created Windy Weatherfoot, an original animated YouTube series and Roblox experience designed to inspire kids to explore nature.

From superhero tights and slime-covered stages to creating the next generation of kids’ entertainment, Jeff brings a rare combination of on-camera instinct, production expertise, and a genuine understanding of what makes young audiences laugh, play, and connect
